Had an awesome getaway with friends at this spot! The rockers on our screened porch were perfect for chillin' and taking in the marsh views. We got to enjoy a bunch of tasty breakfast options every morning. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. We also hit up the local golf courses and loved taking a peaceful tour on horseback!
One thing that could use some work was the soundproofing. We could hear some noise from above during the night, which made it a bit hard to sleep on occasion.

screened private balcony, stunning marsh view, Carolina rocking chairs
Spotty lighting throughout the unit could be a real mood killer!!! Shower's cramped space makes it awkward to use comfortably. Soundproofing is definitely lacking, so expect to hear footsteps and plumbing above during noisy hours!!!

The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
The shower was quite small and the lighting in the room could be significantly improved.

The King Room with Balcony was super comfy, with a beautiful view of the marsh sunsets. The decor had a nice beachy vibe and everything was really clean. The screened porch was a great spot to chill and enjoy the ocean breeze. I liked that the bed was really comfy, making it easy to rest up after a day at the beach. WiFi worked perfect too, so that was a plus.

I can't get over the views from our King Room with Balcony, we watched the sunset over the fine marsh each evening! The homemade breakfast was very nice, featuring everything from fresh breads to delicious egg casseroles that fueled our beach adventures. And can we talk about those Carolina rocking chairs on the balcony? Pure bliss!

The stay at the Sunset Inn was quite pleasant. We had the King Room with Balcony, and the view of the marsh sunsets was mesmerizing. Mornings on the screened-in porch were a highlight, enjoying coffee while watching the wildlife. Breakfast featured homemade banana bread one day and cranberry orange the next, which was a real treat. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after days at the beach. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, which saved us from parking hassles. On the downside, there was spotty lighting in the room, making it often too dim for reading or other activities. Also, the shower felt cramped, and when the neighboring unit was noisy, we could hear everything. They always made sure we had what we needed, contributing to our overall satisfaction.
